Collection Objectives
This project aims to collect a diverse set of facial images, including:
- Recent neutral-expression selfies
- Guided head-pose photographs
- Older facial images from your personal photo collection
What You'll Do
As a project participant, you will:
- Take and submit neutral-expression selfies
- Capture head-pose images following project instructions
- Upload historical facial photos from your gallery
- Ensure all submissions meet project quality standards
- This is a single-task assignment: you only need to submit 20 to 30 images once. The process is quick and should take no more than 30 minutes to complete.

Compensation Details
- Payment: USD $0.40 per approved image
- Minimum requirement: 20 accepted images
- Maximum payment: 24 accepted images
Please note that all submissions undergo automated and manual quality review. To maximize your chances of reaching the required number of approved images, we recommend submitting approximately 30 images.
Once you complete your registration, our project team will review your profile against the project's current country, age, gender, demographic, and other participation requirements. Please wait for your approval email before starting the collection.
FAQs
Yes. Your photos will be handled through controlled project systems with appropriate security measures. They will not be publicly displayed or made publicly accessible.
Your submitted photos will be used solely for the AI training and evaluation purposes. We will not use your photos for unrelated advertising, marketing, or promotional purposes.
Your photos will not be publicly shared. Access is limited to authorized personnel and parties involved in processing and delivering the project data, in accordance with the applicable project privacy and consent terms.
Only authorized personnel involved in collection, quality review, data processing, and delivery may access submitted images when necessary to perform their assigned project responsibilities.
Our team will review your registration. If you are selected, we will send you an approval email with participation instructions and information on how to proceed with the image collection task.
We aim to review registrations as quickly as possible. Processing time may vary depending on the number of applicants and the project's current demographic and geographic requirements.
Once you have successfully uploaded the required number of images, the quality review will be initiated within 2 weeks.
To qualify for payment, you must have at least 20 approved images.
- If 20 or more images are approved, your payment will be processed within 2 weeks after approval.
- If fewer than 20 images are approved, payment cannot be processed yet. You will be asked to submit additional images until you reach the minimum requirement of 20 approved images.
- Your final payment amount will be calculated based on the total number of images that successfully pass the quality review, with payment capped at maximum of 24 images.
