About the project
This initiative aims to improve AI understanding of complex document structures. You will verify AI-generated annotations and transcriptions, correcting inaccuracies in text blocks, tables, titles, images, and mathematical formulas.
Accuracy and attention to detail are critical in this role, with a focus on producing consistent, high-quality corrections rather than speed.
Responsibilities
- Examine AI-annotated document layouts including text segments, tables, titles, and images, and make necessary corrections.
- Review and amend transcribed text, paying close attention to language and script nuances.
- Ensure tables and formulas are properly structured for AI training purposes.
- Use LaTeX to represent formulas and structured content as required; training will be provided.
- Adhere strictly to detailed written guidelines to maintain annotation consistency.
- Identify and flag ambiguous or unclear content instead of making assumptions.
Requirements
- Native-level fluency in one of the supported languages and current residence in the corresponding region in India.
- Strong reading and writing skills in the chosen language.
- Successful completion of a language proficiency assessment prior to onboarding.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to follow comprehensive written instructions consistently.
- Access to a computer with a stable internet connection.
- Prior experience in annotation, translation, proofreading, or transcription is advantageous.
- Experience working with legal, governmental documents, or structured data formats is a plus.
