This project involves reviewing your email inbox to collect complete sets of e-commerce order-related emails. Each set corresponds to a single online purchase and includes multiple emails such as Order Confirmations, Shipping and Tracking Updates, Delivery Notices, Returns, Refunds, Cancellations, Order Modifications, or related communications. All submissions must be in Arabic or English, reflecting the native language of Egypt or the United Arab Emirates, to ensure data authenticity and relevance.
The collected email data will be used to train and evaluate AI models aimed at improving the understanding and processing of typical online shopping communications.
