Project Overview
We are seeking native Arabic speakers located in Switzerland, Saudi Arabia, or the United Arab Emirates to participate remotely in an AI research initiative focused on evaluating the safety and quality of AI-generated content.
Scope of Work
- Review and assess AI-generated responses for potential safety risks, harmful content, and policy compliance.
- Classify and document identified issues according to risk severity.
- Verify corrections after remediation efforts.
- Provide detailed linguistic evaluations to support AI system improvements.
Candidate Requirements
- Native proficiency in Arabic and residency in one of the specified countries.
- Background in linguistics or professional language experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Apple products and AppleCare content is necessary.
- Experience with generative AI or large language model evaluation is advantageous.
- Ownership of a personal MacBook with the latest macOS Tahoe installed; device must allow administrative access for software installation.
- Possession of an AppleConnect account or ability to confirm status.
- Availability for immediate, on-demand task assignments.
- Strong attention to detail, professionalism, analytical skills, and written communication abilities.
Additional Information
- This is a fully remote position.
- Use of AI tools, automation, or speech-to-text software during evaluations is prohibited.
- Completion of onboarding and certification before starting production tasks is required.
- Ongoing direct communication with project contacts will be necessary.
